This is my favorite place in Redwood City - its a tiny hole-in-the-wall place across from Costco on Middlefield Rd. (look for the bright yellow bldg) and its adjacent to a small market. I think there are only five tables in there, but I've always been able to eat there since it doesn't seem to be that busy. The kicker is that they make their own tortillas in the back (you can buy them at the market - $2 buys you a bag of them and they're usually still warm)

As for the burritos - they're guaranteed to induce a food coma, but is so worth it. Everything is fresh and made to order (so sometimes it takes awhile) and their guacamole is amazing. I always get the veggie burrito, which is cheap and delicious, and exceeds my high-rice-and-beans standards! Whole pinto beans and rice, pico de gallo, that awesome guacamole, lettuce, cheese... I'm getting hungry just thinking about it. Friends have ordered the meat burritos, sopas, tacos and caldo de pollo, and everyone leaves stuffed and happy!

Its cheap, good eats. The service is touch-and-go if you choose to eat there, but they have a big screen tv, serve bottled beers and aguas frescas, and have awesome chips (usually made from their tortillas) so just relax. I'd say that a majority of their customers walk-in and order to-go, or call it in and pick it up.

This is more of a lunch-place (if you have time for a longer lunch, should you choose to stay there and eat) because last time I checked, they closed at 5pm. But if you get there too late, just go next door, buy some tortillas, fresh cheese and they have a fresh meat counter, and you're all set.
