My fiance and I arrived in California at around 12 noon and got to our house by 2pm. We were eating a burrito by 2:30. Our first burrito excursion was within walking distance of our house in a strip mall. It was said to be a "healthy" burrito experience - at that point we just needed food. Una Mas provided a wide selection of menu options and had some authentic staff working behind the counter. However, they definitely appeared to be a chain restaurant. Anyways, my fiance got a chicken Taco which was quite tasty, and I decided to go with a Carnitas Burrito. We had no direct vision of the burrito making process, nor could we choose what we wanted on said burrito after the order was placed. I did notice that the meat was either warmed or cooked on the stove before entering my burrito, which did provide some cheese meltage. Unfortunately it wasn't that great. The meat was very very fatty and the beans pinto in nature. The rice was so bland I honestly don't remember if there was any. Positives go to the excellent salsa bar and chips, included with meal (though we did only get about 10 chips each).
