all of the meat at boloco is cooked fresh multiple times a day. i have noticed on slow days it can get a bit dry, but there aren't many slow days. the northeastern location is probably my favorite, as they tend to roll for me the tightest burrito. everything always tastes great, and they tend to have the portions and proportions almost exactly how i like them without me having to tell them how much of each ingredient i would like.
my favorite boloco burrito is the buffalo chicken, but the yucatan habanero, classic mexican, and teriyaki all find their way down my gullet fairly regularly. the burritos here are a bit expensive as compared to some of the other local spots, but if you desire something other than a classic bean, rice, meat and cheese burrito, this is the place to go.

The last Norhteastern review seemed alot like an immediate response by someone at Boloco corporate to the 2 rating they recieved... This forum shouldn't be a breeding ground for this type of activity. The restaurant is good, not great and serves some items that are clearly not burritos. pre-cooked chicken and day old salsa are just alright. A little freshness would help. El Pelon seems better.

This place is amazing. The spicy chicken flavor completely makes the entire burrito and they give you just the right amount of rice. I don't know how this chain hasn't become national -Anna's and Herrera's are great at what they do, but this place has options that they can't ever compete with. I don't know if i'd eat any where else ever again.
PS NOTE: jelly roll is right that i gave a 10 unjustly. and i did change each word to show how ridiculous that 2 score and commentary was. moving score to a more accurate and deserved 8 (in my opinion), but will keep comments above as a multiple times per week customer who does love the chicken (but will also continue to love going to Anna's as well!)

This place is awful. The spicy chicken flavor completely overpowers the entire burrito and they don't give you enough rice. I don't know how this chain stays in business -Anna's and Herrera's are way better and not that far away. I wouldn't eat here again.
