I was riding my bike around today, on a totally fruitless search for an 18" bicycle tube (long story), and my search took me right past Papalote near the Panhandle. I went with the always-good carne asada, and went home with this:

Papalote has been on a serious roll lately - I've had three slabs from there (two at USF, one from Valencia) in the past month and they've beeen uniformly incredible, world-class burrito making. Kudos, guys. You've made my life definably better.
