After reading eScooter's review of Midtown Taqueria, I had no choice but to roll by the other night. Biggest leading indicator of the clientele was the huge sign reading "$5 Tecate pints during MNF! Keep the glass!" And I saw a woman with a pint of Bud and a Tecate glass. What kind of self-respecting college student actually pays for a glass? Don't they still teach them how to stick them in your pockets, so you end up with a cupboard full of mismatching branded glassware?
Kids these days. Sheesh.
The food was pretty decent. If camped out at the Bonn Lair, a very acceptable alternative to Pizza Guys or that random Chinese place next door.
